Reporting of the Accident or Dangerous Occurrence Online RIDDOR Reports - 4 and 5 March 2021.
Any member of the public who received an error message or did not receive a confirmatory email when attempting to submit an Online RIDDOR report on the 4 or 5 March 2021, should resubmit their RIDDOR report.
