HSENI Operating Plans

The current corporate plan covers the period 2023 to 2028. It builds on the success of the previous corporate plan and sets the strategy and measures HSENI will focus on to achieve our goal of ‘working with others to help dutyholders reduce the rates of work-related serious injury and ill health in Northern Ireland’.

Every year HSENI publishes its operating plan which is consistent with and supportive of the current corporate plan. The operating plan shows industry sectors our priorities and allows them to work with us to achieve health and safety improvements.
