The third Farm Safety Action Plan was launched in September 2017 and covers the period April 2017 to March 2020.
This action plan highlights the four main causes of fatal accidents - Slurry, Animals, Falls and Equipment (SAFE) and promotes the need for farmers and their families to stay vigilant and take those next steps towards safer farms and work practices.
